8 Baptised on Easter Sunday
On Sunday 5th April, we concluded a special Easter weekend that began with our Good Friday communion service, followed by a church breakfast on Saturday, and a powerful celebration of the resurrection of Christ on Sunday morning.
That evening, the church was filled to capacity as we gathered to hear and witness Craig, Shantelle, Iowna, Sandra, Sisi, Gary, Glen, and Lily go through the waters of baptism. Each person shared their personal story of coming to faith in Christ and the journey that led them to this important step.
Pastor Jonathan reminded the church of the significance of baptism, reflecting on the example set by Christ when He Himself was baptised.
