Blessed is he who reads and those who hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written in it; for the time is near (Revelation 1:3)

May has been another incredible month here at the Welcome Church. Some of those highlights we have already shared on our website and social media pages including Friday Night Club trips, Youth Leaders Night, and Double Dedication. We give thanks to God for everything that He is doing and for Colleen giving her life to the Lord on the first Sunday of the month.

On Sunday mornings Pastor Jonathan has continued the study series on Samuel and during the month finished the evening series on Jonah. At Reach Out on the 5^{th of} May Declan Curley came along to share how he came to faith and how the Lord has used him in ministry through Child Evangelism Fellowship.

Teaching Tuesdays were paused at the start of the month for the Church Annual General Meeting and a special missionary evening. It was great to have Prabu Challgalli share about the work Bethseda Mission of Mercy in India. We pray that the Lord would bless Prabu and pour out His mercy on the people of India.

Pastor Jonathan then resumed Teaching Tuesdays getting into the more challenging parts of the book of Revelation. Throughout he has reminded the church that Revelation begins with a blessing and ends with a blessing for those who read these words.

Pastor Steve has been busy taking P7 RE lessons in Edenbrooke, Forthriver, Glenwood, Springfield, and Springhill Primary Schools. We pray for all those children that are preparing to move schools that they would be bold and courageous for the Lord.

Pastor Steve also had the opportunity to participate in Malvern Primary Inspire Careers Day where he shared alongside David Dickson from Shankill Community Fellowship about life as a Pastor.

Again, we sympathise with all those families who have gone through bereavement over the past month. We pray for God’s comfort and blessing for them.

As we look ahead to June, we look forward to Kidz & Youth Reach Sunday on the 2^nd as well as our gift day on Sunday 9^th June.
